Evergreen Reports: Posting Guidelines

These guidelines were developed by the Evergreen Reports Task Force. They are intended to assist users in correctly selecting and running those reports submitted by the Evergreen community.

When you submit your report, please include the following:

  1. A brief description of your report, including purpose and audience. Include date of submission.
  2. The version number of the Evergreen software you are on at the time of report creation/submission
  3. If possible, data sources used in the creation of this report
  4. Running tips / guidelines
  5. Link to your library system's profile so that users can contact you for more information
